Prior to any treatment or care, we diagnose the skin condition using the Mark-Vu precise skin diagnostic device. Based on these diagnostic results, we provide customized consultations tailored to each individual. We do not recommend unnecessary or excessive treatments. Furthermore, for package treatments, we help objectively track skin changes through regular diagnostic device examinations, going beyond mere subjective changes.

2. We strive to adhere to scheduled appointment times.

We understand the value of your time. Therefore, we appropriately adjust the number of booked patients to reduce unnecessary waiting times. We do our best to ensure you can receive treatment at your scheduled time.

3. We aim for genuine product use, precise dosage treatments, and transparent information disclosure.

For example, when using specific equipment (e.g., InMode), treatment time is calculated based on the actual time radiofrequency is delivered. The measurement taken by a timer before treatment may differ from the actual RF delivery time of the device. We aim to clearly communicate such information.
