Are there differences in effectiveness compared to GentleMax?

With a hair removal device that does not cool properly

High power + short pulse settings carry a high risk of burns.

The reasons are as follows:

Short pulses deliver the same energy faster and stronger → instantaneous heat explosion → rapid increase in epidermal temperature

If the cooling function is weak? → Unable to control heat immediately
